Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated, yet there is so much information out there on “the perfect diet.” The perfect diet does not exist.
My approach is simple – here’s what you can expect:
During our consult: I want to get to know you! Why are you here? What are you struggling with most? What are YOUR goals? Remember we are following YOUR path. Let’s figure out if we are a good fit.
During our sessions: We will figure out where to start. I will help you with anything from learning how to read food labels, how many calories you need for daily life (or exercise), making easy swaps, navigating a food allergy and much more. This is a marathon and not a sprint.
What we will accomplish: Long-term sustainable food habits, bettering your relationship with food, weight-loss goals, performance goals, understanding what you are eating and what your body NEEDS and more.
There is a process, but it’s not a one-size-fits all. It’s personalized just for you.
I have a variety of nutrition packages available and also pay per session options available.
