My approach is simple – here’s what you can expect:
During our consult: I want to get to know you! Why are you here? What are you struggling with most? What are YOUR goals? Remember we are following YOUR path. Let’s figure out if we are a good fit.
During our sessions: We will figure out where to start. I will help you with anything from learning how to read food labels, how many calories you need for daily life (or exercise), making easy swaps, navigating a food allergy and much more. This is a marathon and not a sprint. *Remember, I am not yet a credentialed dietitian, so my nutrition advice is not going to be prescriptive.*
What we will accomplish: Long-term sustainable food habits, improving your relationship with food, weight-loss goals, performance goals, understanding what you are eating and what your body NEEDS and more. We will be building a CONSISTENT lifestyle with room for enjoying the foods you love.
Our focus will not be about what you CAN’T eat but rather what you CAN eat – and it’s all about what is nutrient dense. Building a healthy lifestyle is a process, but it’s not a one-size-fits all. It’s personalized just for you.
I have a variety of nutrition packages available and also pay per session options available.
