What are the “good” foods and what are the “bad” foods? Why are food labels so confusing? Low-fat, sugar-free or low-carb? Am I eating enough for my workouts? HOW do I lose weight?
My approach is simple. We will find a nutrition lifestyle that works for you. My goal is to teach you what you need to know about making the right food choices for your goals.
With each nutrition coaching package you will have a 1-hour checkin each week with me via Zoom (due to covid health concerns).
